$15 per hour for regular ongoing bookings
$20 per hour for single event booking -
Machans Beach residents
$25 per hour for single event bookings -
non-residents of Machans Beach
IMPORTANT: You must allow time in your booking for set up prior to and cleaning up after your event.
Bond
A bond of $250 is required for all single event bookings and will be repaid in full after your event, provided the hall is left clean and there are no breakages. Please provide your bank account details on the booking form below to enable refund of your deposit where applicable.

How to BOOK and PAY for Hall hire:
1) Check the live Bookings Calendar HERE to ensure that your required date & time is available.
2) Complete the Booking Form HERE for your event.
3. Once availability has been confirmed by a representative of MBCA, a deposit** of $250 is required for all single event bookings.
**A deposit is separate to, and independent from, any event hire charge and will confirm your booking. In the event that a deposit is not received 14 days prior to your event, your booking could be deleted from the calendar. An invoice can be provided on request.
